Why We Built PDF Invoice Pro
We built PDF Invoice Pro because we lived the problem ourselves. As freelancers and consultants, we watched colleagues lose hours each month to invoice software that required lengthy account setups, charged $15–$50 per month for basic PDF exports, watermarked every document on the free tier, and uploaded sensitive financial data to servers we couldn't audit. The market was dominated by bloated invoice software designed for enterprises — not for the solo developer invoicing their first client or the photographer billing a weekend shoot.
